The instrument adopts high-speed centrifugal rotation technology to ensure that the samples remain in the centrifuge tubes without splashing. A vacuum pump extracts air to create a vacuum inside the centrifugal chamber; as the pressure decreases, the boiling point of the solvent drops accordingly. When the pressure is reduced to a sufficiently low level, the solvent begins to boil. The cold trap captures solvent vapor for condensation and recovery, thus protecting the vacuum pump from corrosion by solvent vapor. The heating pipelines around the centrifugal chamber provide heat to compensate for the heat consumed by solvent evaporation and accelerate the solvent evaporation rate, so as to achieve the purpose of concentrating or drying the samples. Freeze centrifugal concentration can preserve the biological activity and chemical properties of samples to the maximum extent, and is suitable for the concentration treatment of heat-sensitive, volatile samples or samples requiring high purity.


The main accessories of a vacuum centrifugal concentrator mainly include concentrator rotors, cold traps, vacuum pumps and other core components.
Concentrator Rotor:It is used to hold samples to be concentrated. Different rotors are compatible with sample containers of various quantities and volumes, meeting diverse experimental requirements.
Cold Trap:It is designed to capture solvent vapor and prevent it from entering the vacuum pump, which protects the vacuum pump, maintains the system vacuum degree, accelerates the concentration process and facilitates solvent recovery.

Vacuum Pump:It provides a vacuum environment for the system, lowers the boiling point of the solvent and accelerates the solvent evaporation rate, enabling rapid evaporation and concentration of solvents from samples at a relatively low temperature.


Customized rotors can be provided as required.
