The Auto-Pure4800 is a high-throughput fully automated nucleic acid extraction system. Adopting magnetic bead-based nucleic acid extraction technology, the instrument automatically completes all purification procedures within the workstation, including liquid transfer, lysis, washing, elution and PCR system setup. It enables one-stop operation with zero manual intervention. The maximum reaction volume is 1 mL, supporting simultaneous extraction of 48 samples each with a 1 mL reaction system. Automated workflows eliminate human-induced errors, delivering more reliable experimental data and superior assay reproducibility.

The Auto-Pure Series Fully Automated Nucleic Acid Extraction & Purification System is a high-throughput automated nucleic acid extraction device. Built on magnetic bead-based nucleic acid extraction technology, the instrument automatically carries out all purification steps within the workstation, including liquid transfer, lysis, washing, elution and PCR system setup. It supports one-stop operation with no manual intervention required.
It is available in two configurations: simultaneous processing of 48 samples with a 1 mL reaction volume (Model 4800/4800M), or 24 samples with a 10 mL reaction volume (Model 2400/2400M). Compared with manual extraction, its efficient and convenient standardized automated workflows eliminate human-induced errors, delivering more reliable experimental results and excellent reproducibility.
Models 4800M and 2400M are equipped with a temperature-variable module to prevent cross-contamination. When paired with dedicated supporting software, the entire methylation conversion process can be fully automated, simplifying cumbersome laboratory procedures.
In addition, the full-coverage UV disinfection system and negative pressure filtration system effectively avert cross-contamination.
