The Auto-Pure4800 is a high-throughput fully automated nucleic acid extraction system. Adopting magnetic bead-based nucleic acid extraction technology, the instrument automatically completes all purification procedures within the workstation, including liquid transfer, lysis, washing, elution and PCR system setup. It enables one-stop operation with zero manual intervention. The maximum reaction volume is 1 mL, supporting simultaneous extraction of 48 samples each with a 1 mL reaction system. Automated workflows eliminate human-induced errors, delivering more reliable experimental data and superior assay reproducibility.
