01Product Description

Modular design: The water purifier consists of control panel, water quality monitoring, ultra-purification column, water tank and other modules. Each module is connected through pipelines to form the entire system.

Pretreatment Column

The integrated pretreatment column allows for easy replacement. It removes organic matter, residual chlorine and other strong oxidants from raw water to ensure the normal operation of the reverse osmosis membrane. It reduces the content of calcium and magnesium ions in raw water to prevent scaling on the reverse osmosis membrane. It maintains the interception capacity of the reverse osmosis membrane and extends its service life. It also filters out large particles, rust, colloids and other impurities from raw water to avoid clogging or damage to the reverse osmosis membrane.

Reverse Osmosis Module

The reverse osmosis module can effectively remove ionic contaminants. It is capable of eliminating up to 99% of charged ions, organic substances, submicron particles, microorganisms, and other impurities. Equipped with an automatic cleaning and disinfection program for the reverse osmosis membrane, it effectively prevents bacteria growth, scaling, clogging, and other issues on the membrane, thereby extending its service life. It also features an automatic discharge function for unqualified RO product water, which effectively ensures the quality of the produced water.

Ultra-Purification Column

An integrated precision purification column equipped with high-efficiency mixed-bed ion exchange resin. The ultrapure water quality reaches 18.2 MΩ·cm, fully complying with the Class I water quality standards specified in GB/T6682-2008, GB/T33087-2016, ASTM, CAP, CLSI, EP, and USP.

MagiCUPRO Pure Water & Ultrapure Water Integrated Machine can produce ASTM Class I ultrapure water and Class III pure water. Its water quality meets the requirements of the national standard GB6682-2008, providing stable and high-quality pure water and ultrapure water for laboratory use.
